All of our products come with a 12-month warranty. In the unlikely event, there is an issue with your product within the first 28 days of you receiving it – we will collect and return your item after repair or replacement free of charge with zero fuss. After 28 days the warranty is RTB (Return To Base) which means you must send it back to us and we will pay for return shipping.

What does the warranty cover?

What is not covered under warranty?

• The product must be returned in the same condition it was supplied.
• Accidental damage (including liquid damage) will void your warranty.
• f your device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided.

• Parcels are sent via the An Post courier service.
• AN Post delivery charge: €7.99
• Delivery times are 2-3 days on average but can take up to 5 working days in some situations.
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
• If you are not at home to take in your delivery An Post will leave a note to collect your parcel at the depot.

• Like New will be in excellent condition & have very little signs of use.
• Premium Pre-Owned will be in great overall condition. It will have minor wear. It may also have minor scratches/marks around the surface. The screen may have negligible markings or blemishes markings or blemishes. There will be no physical damage to the device.
• Fair: The phone will have heavy signs of wear, such as deeper scratches, dents, and other marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new.
